Office Yoga

At work and need a quick stretch? I've got you! With short classes that are 2 minutes, to longer practices that are great when you're on break or at lunch, you can find something to help release tension and bring your body back into balance from working so hard.

Remember: these are great stretches to learn and incorporate into your chairside stretches at work!

Short Yoga Therapy Classes (Under 30 mins)

Pick and choose from a variety of at-home classes that are under 30 minutes! These are great to incorporate before or after work when you want to move your body, but not invest in a full workout!
 

Full Yoga Therapy Classes (30+ mins)

These classes range from 30-75 minutes in length. It's a great time to roll out your mat, close the door, and slow down. There's a variety of classes to choose from depending on your wants and needs.
 
These are great after a long day or week at the office!

Hand and Wrist Classes

Hand or wrist aches pain or discomfort? Or maybe you want to prevent issues from arising. Choose from a variety of classes designed to help reduce tension, increase circulation, and improve movement in the hand and wrist. 
 

Hips Yoga Therapy

Classes are designed to help you release tension, tightness, and stagnancy from your hips, and improve circulation, mobility, and strength. Choose from a variety of classes depending on your needs (and schedule!)

 

Knees & Feet Yoga Therapy Classes

Tightness, tension, or pain in and around the knees? I've got you. With a handful of classes designed to improve your mobility, alignment, strength, and overall balance. 
 

Building Core Strength

Classes are designed to help you improve strength and stability in your core. These aren't your average core exercises, but get ready to engage!

8-week HEALTHY BACK Yoga Series

An 8-week Healthy Back Yoga Therapy series designed to teach you tools and exercises to help promote a strong and flexible spine. This is great to do as an 8-week series, and a great way to kick-start your health!
 

8-week POSTURE Series

An 8-week Healthy Back Yoga Therapy series designed to teach you tools and exercises to help promote healthy posture. This is great to do as an 8-week series and a great way to kick-start your health!

 

Yoga for Stress & Anxiety

In need of some extra relaxation? Most of these practices would suit you, but this here is your sweet spot.

Restorative Yoga (Relaxing with Props)

Restorative Yoga is a relaxing yoga designed to use different yoga props (bolster, blankets, etc) in order to create a more relaxed, supported posture and experience. Get ready to relax! 

Note: Be sure to listen to your body as you stay in longer holds.

MyoFascial Release (Tennis Balls Required)

Get ready to release tension by using tennis balls and foam rollers to reduce tightness from overworked muscles, increase circulation, and support the body's overall posture and alignment.
